Black sauce perch fish

After cooking the beef semo, we went to the next dish which we ate for the evening. Pepe loves foods which are sweet and sour, so it was obvious he was pestering meme in cooking it right away.

Ingredients: Pink snapper or perch fish, onion, chilli, flour, corn flour, salt, black soya sauce, vinegar

Step 1: Slice onion, chop big chilli and leave aside

Step 2: Take bowl, add in 2-3 tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoon corn flour and tablespoon salt

Step 3: Cover fish with flour and pan fry it with hot oil

Step 4: When cruchy looking put fish aside

Step 5: From same pan, add a cup of water, leave to bubble and add in 4-5 tablespoon soya sauce, a little sprinkle of salt, 1 tablespoon sugar and vinegar and seasoning

Step 6: Mix and taste, if the sauce isn’t sweet and sour in taste, keep adding soya sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar, seasoning

Step 7: Once sauce is finished, add in the fish, chilli and onion
